Scout Badge
The score you earned,
on the page you own.
A live badge of your Scout score, on your own site. Free, and never for sale.

Click a style to choose it.
Drawn live on every load, so it always shows the current score — even if it drops.
One labelled snippet per product. Products without lab results get the pill without the lab line.
Paste once into your product template (Customize → product page →
Custom Liquid, or sections/main-product.liquid). Then set
each product's metafield scout.product to its key below.
Products without lab results get the pill without the lab line; no key, nothing shows.
One link and one image. Scout Certified adds a small script that opens the analysis on your page — no iframe, no cookies, no tracking.
Process
Search, pick, paste.
Find your product
Or your whole brand. Every product with a Scout page qualifies — no account, no application.
Pick a style
The pill with the score or without, or the full-width card. Published lab results add the “lab test verified” line.
Paste it anywhere
Anywhere HTML goes. Shopify stores get one template block for every product.
No brand has ever paid for a score and none ever will. That is what makes the badge worth showing.
Terms of use
The fine print, in five lines.
- It's free. For as long as your product is in Scout's catalog.
- The lab line means tested. “Lab test verified” and the card are served only with published lab results, and come down if a retest fails.
- Keep the link. The badge stays wrapped in the link to its Scout page.
- Don't alter it. No recoloring, cropping or rehosting. Embed the URL as issued.
- We can revoke it. A badge used to misrepresent a score stops being served.
A Scout badge says we scored your product. It never says we endorse it.
