Petroleum-derived polyurethane fiber at 5% for stretch. NADS specifically uses BPA-free elastane, addressing the primary bisphenol contamination concern. Still a synthetic that may shed trace microplastics, but the organic cotton genital liner prevents direct contact with the most absorptive skin.
