What is Peach Juice Concentrate?
Peach Juice Concentrate is made by removing most of the water content from peach juice, resulting in a thicker, more concentrated form of the juice. It retains the natural sugars, flavor, and some nutrients of the original fruit.
This concentrate is used in various food and beverage products as a natural flavoring or sweetening ingredient. It's often included for its distinct peach flavor and natural sweetness without the need for added sugars. Health evidence on fruit concentrates varies, but they generally retain some nutritional benefits of the original fruit, though with less fiber.
When you see Peach Juice Concentrate on a label, it suggests the product likely has a perceptible peach flavor and may include some natural sugars from the fruit.
