ANGELS CRAFT Cutting Mat A5
Summary
PVC or polyethylene plastic cutting mat from ANGELS CRAFT. Thin plastic mats have the highest microplastic shedding rate of any cutting surface — the thin material is easily scored and particles release directly into food. PVC mats specifically may contain plasticizers (phthalates) and stabilizers that leach into food, particularly fatty or acidic foods. Not recommended for food preparation.
