Food-grade 304 stainless steel cutting boards from YAAHEIJA. Stainless steel is non-reactive, non-porous, and produces zero microplastics. Completely dishwasher safe and commercially sterilizable. As with titanium boards, the primary limitation is knife edge dulling — stainless steel is harder than knife steel and will damage edges. Best for butchering or tasks where sanitation is the priority.
