Reynolds Kitchens Freezer Bags
Summary
Standard LDPE/LLDPE freezer bags from Reynolds Kitchens. Thicker than sandwich bags to prevent freezer burn but the underlying plastic material has the same concerns: microplastic shedding, BPA-free but not plasticizer-free, single-use waste. Suitable for cold storage of dry foods only. Reynolds' freezer bags are among the most widely studied for microplastic shedding and consistently show plastic particle release. Not recommended over reusable glass or silicone alternatives.
