Lubriderm Daily Moisture Lightly Scented Lotion
Summary
Lubriderm Daily Moisture Lightly Scented scores 30/100. A dense petrolatum + mineral oil + lanolin base preserved with three parabens (methyl, propyl, butyl) plus DMDM Hydantoin -- a formaldehyde-releasing preservative. Formaldehyde is a Group 1 IARC carcinogen and the EU restricts releasers in cosmetics; pairing DMDM with three parabens is one of the most aggressive mainstream preservative systems still on shelf. Lanolin and lanolin alcohol are also top-50 contact allergens. Fragrance is undisclosed proprietary blend. This is the original 'doctor recommended' Lubriderm formula that has not been meaningfully reformulated despite EU clean-cosmetics movement. Owned by Kenvue (Johnson & Johnson spinoff).
