Summary
The Herbalife Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix contains beneficial vitamins such as B1, B2, B12, and folic acid, which support energy metabolism and cellular health. However, the presence of sucralose, an artificial sweetener, raises concerns about potential impacts on gut health and insulin response. The product's processing level is moderate, and while it includes essential nutrients, the use of artificial sweeteners detracts from its overall healthfulness.
